    I keep getting them. Lately I dont remember them, I just wake up all warm with my heart pounding. Does anyone else get this? I am also withdrawing off cipralex so not sure if it is making things worst.

    About staying asleep

    So I take Seroquel at night for sleep. I makes me drowsy and I fall asleep. I often wake up once around 3-4 am and then fall back asleep. Lately I have been waking up multiple times in the night. It's leaving me tired. Does this happen to others? Anyone have tips?

    I do not see a point in trying

    I just do not. I tried to spend as much time as possible asleep this past weekend. Being asleep, gives me a break. I am hating being awake. I cannot get my brain to stop thinking about abuse.
