i am 40 but my best friend, he was over 60, he died months ago. I wish i could find someone to talk as we did, even if it is just to share how miserable we sometimes feel. Maybe it is time for me to understand that nothing can ever replace that, it is never coming back and the agoraphobia will eat me.

So sorry for your loss of your best friend. It is so hard especially when it is someone with whom you talk with. But pease take to heart remember that you matter and that you are not alone here on SF.

I am 87 soon to be 88 and I can say life gets easier in the worrying about things and a little harder in getting around as your body gets weaker. But over all it is OK. Still a lot of fun.

I am too damn old. My body is too damn broken. Too much is wrong and more keeps going wrong. Life is too much of a struggle. I wish like hell I had the strength to end it. But I don't. I sometimes wonder if parents would be so eager to bring children into this world if they really knew how miserable life can be. I can only pray that God will take me home soon.
