Good morning!
Early to bed last night - but then awake on and off. I have neighbors who are loud people, and they have a "heated discussion" every night at 11:00 p.m. Sometimes it escalates into an actual shouting match fight. Makes me cower in my bed...I dislike raised voices and arguing. :sad:
It's Thursday, so I expect my sister and I will visit Dad today. Nothing much else on the books. Well, of course, some snuggle time with Star...always nice! I tell her every day how much I love her and how lucky I am to be her Mum. :cat:

Tommy Tom is in the window sunning. It's 45 degrees right now outside. Better than the 15 degrees that's it's been lately. I think that this is the first normal temp that it should be during this time of the year.
I am going to take it easy today. Didn't do any training yesterday. Maybe take a break today too.
I did study the concept of the 'opposition' yesterday. I am trying to get it right. So much to understand.
Distant opposition, diagonal opposition, direct opposition, etc etc etc. I am also trying to learn about 'key squares' too. So much to do! lol I am treating ti like I do fractions. It's hard to wrap my head around.
So much work, and about 6 months to do it in. I want to compete in this year's Utah Open, but I'm not sure if I will be ready. I want to compete in the open section. No more under 400 area.
We'll see.
Anyway, we are off!

morning out there good ppl.. how you doing today??? i went back to bed after a couple of puffs on a marlboro. actually got an hour and half more sleep which i needed.. depression has slammed into my world with full force for a month or so now.. pdoc rob befrore have had me take 15mg of mirtazapine with morning pills in addition to my 45mg at bedtime.. usually for a week until the cloud lifts enuf and before i start taking naps during dayli9ght hours. will email him and tell him what i am doing now.. just cannot live with this like it is now..
did not get to 711 or safeway yesterday.. cold out there and probably ice on roads.. will try to wait until later in morning after work hours traffic may have melted the ice on roads and then johnny and i will verntrue out.. would like to watch game change movie dvd \from hbo today.. we need shaves, baths and clean clothes with the wish that katie is able to take john for the night later on..
time to fill the cup again and head back to couch.. hope is a good day for you.. tc, Jim and John

Morning all
Was supposed to b ea quiet day day today but as i was getting son out the door to school he decided to prove a point. He had said several times did not feel good and think has the flu but understand he hates school in general and claims to be sick nearly every morning as the bus time approaches. This morning he chose to demonstrate the fact all over the kitchen floor.. Have him bundled up now and all cleaned up, just need to take Father of the Month Certificate off wall for a few weeks - at least until the sounds of "See - I told you Daddy" stop ringing so loudly in my ears.....

john up at 4am just about time i was calm enuf to try some more sleep. he had his coffee and then after a bit asked him to go back to bed and we both stayed in bed for another hour.. i sort of needed that and thannked him later.. lawn looks frozen and going to be couple more hours till i get enuf nerve to pull the car out of garage.. now just watch some boob tube and get the latest news from MSNBC.

Hoping you don't get too down on yourself. You are still the Father of the Year to all your children. Of that, I can guarantee.
Well, we got buried under Gandolf, the winter storm moving along the northeast area and it hit Utah at full force. 2-6 inches fell, and it's still lightly showing today. At least it destroyed the inversion, so I won't get sick! Woohoo!
Tommy Tom knows it's cold outside, so he hasn't been in the window much. I think he has been getting up there to watch the snow fall. He must think it's pretty.
Right now, he is cozy in my lap, sleeping.
Anyway, we are off!

hi jason.. hope the storm eventually abates and can then dabble with the outside some. got to 711 for donuts mega and powerball tickets nad some milky way bars.. roads just a touch slippery.. john and i had a donuts and juisce at home then we set off to safeway.. store was not crowded and said hi to stockers and checkers thru the store.. even remembered to buy the postal stamps so can mail my bills as they come.. everything put away now.. did shaves, baths and clean clothes.. we set for the day now..

The weather here is nuts - we're supposed to be going up to 55°F today, and tomorrow, down to 25°F for the next week. I liked the old winters we used to have. Snow, bright days, cold.

morning good ppl. how's it going today??? got too much sleep during the day yesterday.. paying for that now as not able to sleep now. oh well , live and learn hopefully.. cold out there for whole week it seems.. will just have to wait and see when son zoomies joins me tonight.. sleep hon.. think we try ot do little pigs suasages and fried eggs and toast for dinner.. think will start up tv show lost season 2 today.. not even going to attempt much more .. will see if at breakfast i keep attempting to do the extra 15mg of mirtazapine. not as depressed for sure but urge to nap is unwelcome with it..

It's warm and raining here. Supposed to do family dinner with Dad at sis's on Sundays. On Thursday when we visited Dad, sis hinted "it's all getting to be 'too much' for her, visiting him after work, having him for Sunday dinner"...not sure if that means she doesn't want to have him up for dinner, or if she doesn't want to come down to see him, or both. :dunno: No clue if I'm on chauffeur duty today or not. Dad is out of it more and more...Visiting him and family dinners may be decreased as a result. Poor Daddy!
