Heyroo all!
Just relaxing today. Like every other day of the week. I need to start reading dammit!!! But the computer is really addicting. I can't turn it off and walk away. It's quite sad really.
I've even got books on the computer. And I don't even read those! *sigh* Time to go in leave again, because I need to do something about it.

afternoon everybody,
having a bit of sensory overload this afternoon. i made an ill advised trip to grocery store on the way home, place was loud and bright and packed with people. roads busy. come home, neighbour upstairs is playing piano and my fridge is running noisily as well. putting earplugs in now and noise cancelers overtop of those. need to block out all noise right now or shutdown will be forthcoming.

Afternoon on Monday here
Have extension for assignment and the learning centre is going to help if I send it in soon. I think I have two days to do that.
Lonely here and feeling sick and blue
Should be in bed but can't lie down else I'll be coughing

morning good ppl.. how's it going today???? i got some sleep and john still snoring away. thank goodness.lol couple of minutes going to check and see if annuity payment has made it into my checking account yet.. got a bill to pay today.. some more of season 2 of Lost i think. got to compose anohter email to pdoc Rob about think that i need to stop the 15mg of mirtazapine at breakfast and just take the entire 60mg at bedtime.. too much sedation and drowsiness the first way.. need to sleep at night and not during the day.. tried this way before year ago but do not remember what happened then.. maybe doc rob can check my chart and give me his 2 cents???
am feeling pretty much ok atm... early and day is young so far.. little more music on ipad then some more of John lennon's my life on kindle.. still got almost 600 pages of this one to read.. big book..lol lennon is worth it..

Morning Jim! Hope you find a solution to the meds soon, hate feeling like a zombie first thing in the day!
I am on my first set of night shifts as a qualified nurse tonight, eek! Hopefully I will be on the corridor and it will be an easy night, I certainly need it after last week, was more like a fricken zoo than a hospital ward. Got so crazy, infection control and manual handling went out the window, now have a sore shoulder due to wandering, aggressive, demented 90 yr old who I tried to catch (failed dismally) from falling over and now have a very sore shoulder.
I am waiting for pay day so I can book my private pdoc appointment. Would have booked it sooner but due to impulsive spending during hypomanic episode I am now £700 down and have got about £200 to live off until 2 weeks time :doh: really need this appointment, as I can gradually feel myself becoming unstable again. But at least I recognise it, and if it gets any worse, will be making sure to take a trip to the GP and get crisis intervention again.

Lexi, hope the nights shifts are a good fit for you.... Fleurise not sure wheter to say good morning or good night now..lol hope the day goes good for both of you..
money made it into checking account. creditors will be happy can pay my bills.. been up for almost 3 hours now and tween the music nad this place seems i am not going back to sleep tonight.. few minutes will do kindle till john wakes up. just to add to the irony he probably will sleep in tonight..lol now will send doc rob the email just so it gets done..

Star and I have had breakfast. After she ate, Star still came and stared at my ankles (preparation for sneak attacks!), so I chased her around and got the play out of her. She is sleeping on the bed now. :cat: Yesterday, my sis and I DID go to visit Dad. We took him dinner rather than taking him up to my sister's. That's much easier for me - no risky moments getting Dad in and out of the car all on my own. Maybe we could take him out for dinner next time. My day will be quiet. I might head to the library today. I'm reading the last of batch of good picks from my last library outing. There is one more in the bag, but it's a silly one and I might just return it unread.

morning good ppl.. how's it going today??? i got some sleep so far and going to try for some more before zoomies wakes up later.. got email back from pdoc G.. yes he agrees 15mg more of the mirtazapine at bedtime is route will try for awhile.. only bug could be daytime drowiness and will just have to see??? need to start putting all the info i get about taxes for 2012 in same enverlope for little later to try and do turbotax in few weeks. need to centralize this now before i lose stuff..
some more of lost season 2 today.. need a shave.. not too much more even going to attempt today.. hope is a good day for you.. tc, Jim and John

Hope you are getting some more sleep and the extra meds don't leave you too sleepy.
I'm just wrapping up my day here, and nearly ready for house inspection tomorrow. Also have an apt with psychologist tomorrow, first one this year, so hopefully I'll feel a little better afterwards. Need to do weekly budget in the morning and groceries on the way home from town. Just remembered I have the library too. So busy day tomorrow.

yes ben actually getting the sleep that has been missing and trying for is a touch difficult to accept.. hope the day goes good for you..

TE coffee is just darn necessary.. without the wakeup juice the day is just lacking..lol hope your first cup was glorious..
