Lol Jim, I landed here by a miracle. :smile: Just getting ready to go downstairs and have a piece of chocolate cake. It's actually called Chocolate Rapture, it's chocolate cake with chocolate mousse, buttercream frosting and chocolate curls on top. Needless to say, this one piece of cake will be cut into about 2 or 3 pieces, because it's too rich for just one sitting.

zoomies and i got to safeway and bought all the loose ends that have not gotten yet.. vitamins, batteries and such.. also got 14 day course of stomach relief prevacid capsules that i am going to start tomorrow.. also at same time going to try and cut down some on the coffee intake.. might give the medicine a fighting chance..
made a deposit at bank with teller amber who had to write me a handwritten receipt. bank's computer is down... lol did sympathize with her but kept my puter woes to myself.. is possible sometimes for me to just shut my big mouth.. who would have thunk???

Have completely buggered Mole up by cooking a roast mid week.
As he has work tomorrow he's been grumbling about having to go in on a Monday :laugh: and asking where did the weekend go.

Cafe Friday Jan 25th
morning ppl.. how you doing today??? am not sleeping tonight.. hopefully will be able to do the bed thingy later tonight fore zoomies wakes up???? got to talk to geek squad on phone after 9am.. need to do baths for us and wash the dirty clothes.. would like to cut out the labels for cds i burned awhile back and put in the jewel cases.. got some more tidying up new piles of stuff.. file these also.
started the heartburn med prevacid tonight.. wake up and take one capsule with a huge glass of water and nothing to eat or drink for half hour at least.. was able to wait on the coffee this time.. had really bad case of heartburn forever that i have coped with my taking a ton of antacid tabs.. that cannot be healthy so trying this now. might take 4 days using this med before feel hopefully all of the good effects.. take the med for 14 days and not again for 4 months.. time will tell????

johnny almost made it to 5am last night.. i got some sleep but think my tail will be dragging by bedtime tonight.. smoking the marlboros has been out of control for weeks now.. hoping can hold it to 25 of the little beasts today. 10 down, 15 to go..lol
also need to hold down the coffee intake. seems now that i am always fighting impulse stuff.. tired of the battles..lol maybe time to reread in the realm of the humgry ghosts.. sorry john lennon..lol

I'm having a bad anxiety day. received a call from my bank informing me that someone had made fraudulent charges on my card. scared the hell out of me and glad they were able to catch it. checked my online statement to find there was an additional fraudulent charge on there as well that their automated security system missed.
The bank has it under control and card has been cancelled with replacement on the way. Nerves are still frazzled.
