Pretty consistent with dumbbell exercises (targetting abs, chest, biceps, triceps, shoulders and back + glutes mostly-) still and I'm creating more insight into my food intake overall ~ I enjoy exercising at least 4 x / week - sometimes I want to time it a bit better... Mornings are kinda difficult for me to get the engine started, but I've been adjusting the sleep schedule too:
At 10:00 PM I'm just naturally fatigued, but sleeping a bit too long (around 10 hours, sometimes a bit more), I love it though in the winter season!
Wondering if I should aim for a 80 kg still, hmm, am 82.8 kg currently but body looks healthier than ever (the past 15 years anyway).
