Did biceps, abs, chest yesterday evening - lowered the level of weights to lift per arm increase the number of reps & sets~
Today I hope to go for a near full body workout ~ am stuck at home because of the weather anyway, damn snow!
Went shopping and found a nice shirt to wear for a festival coming up next month:
This sort of thing motivates me a lot, meeting people/friends/family - going out to a music event/festival and such.
It makes me want to reach a new lower target weight for the next time I'm going out.
Exercising to just exercise is more than good for sure, I do it for mental health a lot - just get rid of the stress -!
The eventual result is also about feeling comfortable and treating yourself well (spoiling yourself a bit) with a new shirt that wouldn't have fit otherwise if we didn't exercise or reached our target weight at all ~ I feel.
