I'd have gone out and done another 9 just to make it 10,000 🤣 Well done ❤️
I leave my phone on the table when I’m at home, and I don’t have a smartwatch or a wearable pedometer. I am confident I did get at least 9 steps aside from what was counted. Also, this has been an aspect of OCD exposure for me, as in not trying to get a “special” number on my step count, such as a 4-digit prime number or multiples of 72…. 🙄. I don’t talk about that much because I know how it sounds.

Am sure you did! My watch can tally 1500-2000 steps some days just wandering around my small house 🤓

8 weeks ago, I broke both my arms and wrists. Luckily, they were all non-complex, so I didn't need a cast mostly. However, since two weeks I am back at the gym again. And do the exercises I can do. Dumbells are a no go, bench press neither. It's super frustrating, I want to do so much more. But well, it is what it is now. I do whatever I can to get as fit as possible! I have a dream, that's enough to keep me going.

Sorry to hear about your injuries. That sounds difficult to deal with. Am on a rehab journey for something else and doing best to keep moving as much as I can - walking, stretching, weights when I can. Good luck with your recovery!

Thank you so much, that means a lot. I'm sorry to hear about your struggles too. It is such a blessing to be in good health, but it is something you realize once you lose it. I'm glad you are not giving up neither. You've got this! Good luck with your recovery as well!

I am sorry for the pain and loss of function from the numerous breaks - hope for and send best wishes all the fractures heal well @Ruben. Having a dream can keep us going, at least it helps me even if it takes longer than hoped for to achieve.

Great to read you're in the gym and getting whatever workouts and movement you can.
