I did get in 30 minutes on the stationary bike today.

Just feeling generally lazy after my mini vaca to New Orleans. So, my workout is for shit. Didn't go for my walk or the gym and just feeling discouraged about working out in general. While I may not be fat in other people's eyes, I've never been this weight in my whole life, with what I consider a gut. Im 57 and had 4 kids, so part of me wants to cut myself a break and then there's the vain side of me that wants too look nice.
