I got myself out this morning for a short walk though it was 2ºC, brr. Came back and did some core exercises and 🥱my shoulder PT. Hoping I get out for a slow run later this evening. I've got some new runners tha fit well. Still have the old ones; for rainy days.

Got out for a proper run today - managed 3 miles with some decent pace. Knees feel old, but they got me round. Hit 9.30/mile in the middle of the run. Not sure if I'll get my pace from before back (like 7 minute mile pace) but should be grateful just to be able to do anything!

Managed a 45 minutes slow run this morning, including the usual warm up warm down walk. Minimal pt work and just one plank at 1/5 minutes. It was my P therapist who suggested going for time rather than distance, so I'm seeing how that goes.

Mondays are rest days. but I did a couple k of walking in the city, my core work in the early morning and some outdoor clean-up chores which counts as something I suppose.

Thanks @AvidFan. : )
I once saw an app which gamified your chores and counted calories for dozens of different household tasks! It all counts - exercise was once something we did to survive, not as an add on, so outdoor clean up chores count as natural exercise!

Cool. The rower is one of my preferred machines at the gym. Hope youre doing well today @KM76710.
It is quite good for building up muscle, that and the vertical climber are both great, but the cat here looks at me with an expression of: Doesn't that dumbass know he is NOT going anywhere? :)

The stationary bike and simply walking is great for a bit of cardio and I do like to mix and alternate them at times.
