Somebody told me that they gave all their mind garbage/inner critic a name, so that every time the negative self talk started he would say "go away Leo" or stronger words to that effect. I thought it was a great idea. So I'm wondering what would be a good name for your anti- self @Witty_Sarcasm

Yeah, I think it works on the same principle as "get behind me, satan" *bleh
