How Are You Feeling Right Now?

Nobody should experience this much stress on a daily basis. My body is destroying itself with stress. The pain makes me stressed and the pain flares worse in response to stress. Feel sad that I unfortunately have a body that just causes itself pain instead of collapsing with a simple heart attack. I should be dead and wish I was.
Sorry that youre living with that pain Avid. I hope you can get some relief real soon. *console

Feeling kind of guilty but trying not to about being off work with a back injury. I made a mistake, I didn't report it right away. Worked 1 day after it happened without saying anything to coworkers. I showed up next week and realized it had gotten worse and I couldnt work through it anymore. IT honestly probably looks so faked to them and I would understand why it looks that way.

Management has been ok at times at other times reminding me it's a minor injury and others in the company can barely put of their boots in the morning. That's exactly why I am taking the time to heal, I don't want to be one of those guys in the future. I want to live a good life but I know my career is just hard on the body, period. Also, the safety guy at our company could have given me the steps earlier instead of 3 weeks later on how a return to work program is supposed to work, so it's not like I'm the only one making mistakes here. At the end of the day I have to remind myself these are all just coworkers and I'm just trying to heal and get back to work and my active life and this is what I had to do even if it's not perfect.

Wishing this entire universe had never sprung into its stupid existence. Or at least my part of it. My parents got married and wanted a baby in 1961. It took 9 years to conceive me. That's stupid and ridiculous in itself, but the knock on effect is, if I'd been born in 1961 I would be in so much of a better position as I'd be in a position to retire now. As it is I don't think I'll make it through the next 13 years.

I can relate about not wanting to have sprung into existence. My parents wanted two kids. The first one was still born. If he had lived I never would have been born. I so wish he had lived.

I have felt this way since before I was in grade school. My thoughts were more about how my parents could have considered birth control if they didn’t want any kids. Probably not in that formulation when I was only 6 years old, but it was the same idea translated into the capabilities of a 6 year old brain.

The thoughts are back so that's not good or maybe it is good. I don't like much of myself anymore. Do I really need to put judgemental adjectives on my statements about feelings; no, but when I feel bad that can be part of what happens. I am so sad and isolated from nature and myself; I need to get out of here, out of my current living situation into someplace near the ocean, or what I mean is at least with access to it. I don't have the confidence to do so. The thoughts are I could km. Or go on a journey and km somewhere far away so as not to leave a mess for The Landlord.

Thanks for making me laugh @LumberJack. I live with someone who let's it be know dark humour is Not Appreciated and so I have to be very quiet. : (
