How Are You Feeling Right Now?

I finally adjusted to my class schedule, and I’m consistently getting good sleep even without my insomnia medication. On the other hand, I’ve traded good hygiene and self-care. Somehow I feel more depressed and lonely even though I’m getting my life back; I ascribe it to a loss of patience due to the notion of progress being slow and inadequate. A part of me resists even the briefest feelings of satisfaction and pride because I’m afraid that I’ll get stuck where I am again if I let up.

I think it would actually require one to become hyper-sane, as in so perceptive and effective with reality that it seems crazy to people bound by social conditioning.
I guess one could take the perspective that the dualistic perspective is insane because it leads to suffering. From a dualistic perspective, a non-dualistic perspective is insane because you would see an enemy and a friend as the same, a bag of jewels and a bag of garbage as the same, etc.

I'm really worried that something I said on a phone call at work is going to be misinterpreted and misrepresented and that I will get in trouble. I probably could have been slightly more polite, but I didn't say anything "wrong" but that doesn't comfort me because I've spent my whole life being misinterpreted, and no one ever seems willing give me the benefit of the doubt.

I feel pretty good because I have my daughter, son and his girlfriend home. I like having my children around and a busy house at times. It helps me not think so much.

Today my son and friend are putting in the microwave. Thinking if I should make breakfast for everyone. Maybe I'll just get bagels.hope everyone here is doing as well as possible and has a peaceful Sunday.

I feel terrible. The Internet is out again. I can't expect it to get fixed without some extreme anger/begging knowing my girlfriend. "I didn't grow up with the Internet all the time" yeah because you're 5 years older than I am. I grew up online, you didn't. As much as it's a pain, the Internet is a need nowadays. Especially for me who literally does stuff online and has a Patreon that I need to make (not a lot but still not zero) money from. One of these days I feel like connection problems are gonna be the end of me because "waiting it out fixed nothing.
