I finally adjusted to my class schedule, and I’m consistently getting good sleep even without my insomnia medication. On the other hand, I’ve traded good hygiene and self-care. Somehow I feel more depressed and lonely even though I’m getting my life back; I ascribe it to a loss of patience due to the notion of progress being slow and inadequate. A part of me resists even the briefest feelings of satisfaction and pride because I’m afraid that I’ll get stuck where I am again if I let up.
I just had a flash on the image of the Disney Snow White movie where the main character is outdoors singing and all the woodland birds come to join in, lol.

I think it would actually require one to become hyper-sane, as in so perceptive and effective with reality that it seems crazy to people bound by social conditioning.
I guess one could take the perspective that the dualistic perspective is insane because it leads to suffering. From a dualistic perspective, a non-dualistic perspective is insane because you would see an enemy and a friend as the same, a bag of jewels and a bag of garbage as the same, etc.
I'm really worried that something I said on a phone call at work is going to be misinterpreted and misrepresented and that I will get in trouble. I probably could have been slightly more polite, but I didn't say anything "wrong" but that doesn't comfort me because I've spent my whole life being misinterpreted, and no one ever seems willing give me the benefit of the doubt.
I’m hurting. That’s all I can say right now. It, I mean everything, just hurts. I’m not injured, but I feel broken anyway. I want to be taken apart and used as spares so that I could be useful somehow and not have to hurt like this anymore.
Very depressed after the surgery. Can’t do what I want. The pain really isn’t that bad with painkillers, but very annoying. Think it is making me exhausted thru sensory overload.
Really wasn’t that minor of surgery that I envisioned. Have to cancel the weeks appointments.
I feel pretty good because I have my daughter, son and his girlfriend home. I like having my children around and a busy house at times. It helps me not think so much.
Today my son and friend are putting in the microwave. Thinking if I should make breakfast for everyone. Maybe I'll just get bagels.hope everyone here is doing as well as possible and has a peaceful Sunday.

I hope you can get some rest @Lostman85. It is crappy out this weekend. Wish it would be nice out on weekends and rain during the week while at work. Hope you have a good Sunday.
I feel terrible. The Internet is out again. I can't expect it to get fixed without some extreme anger/begging knowing my girlfriend. "I didn't grow up with the Internet all the time" yeah because you're 5 years older than I am. I grew up online, you didn't. As much as it's a pain, the Internet is a need nowadays. Especially for me who literally does stuff online and has a Patreon that I need to make (not a lot but still not zero) money from. One of these days I feel like connection problems are gonna be the end of me because "waiting it out fixed nothing.
