Sounds like you're doing great @Petal Well done. Keep up the good work xx
Thank you hun, I appreciate your kind thoughts. I had a 71cal chocolate muller light 10 minutes ago, 30 minutes after my fast had re-started for the day, i dunno if that will do much damage? hoping @HumanExMachina knows. I'm on day 8 and that is my first slip up so I cannot be doing that bad lol

I think that's ok Petal, but maybe just extend the fast for 30 minutes tomorrow so that you still fast for a full 16 hours.

I'm not sure what to do to be honest as I recall @HumanExMachina saying not to reset the fast times before, o_O

Thanks for the feedback - will probably just let it slide and carry on as normal but I do still feel guilty. :(

As you can see I am quite strict with myself and so don't want to set myself up for failure, after a week of reading up on IF, I just wished I had heard of it sooner. It's not a diet but a healthy sustainable lifestyle and that is what I love. I am not constantly thinking about food, except maybe in the evenings when I need a low calorie dessert with my meal. I do have a long term goal though, I want to go on holiday next year and not have to worry about the belt fitting. I'm hoping I'll never be subjected to that happening again. After doing lots of reading up on it, it seems to be the diet celebrities choose because its easy for their lifestyle. Halle Berry has openly talked about her success with it which motivates me further.

Time will tell but I have a good feeling about this :)

Day 10

So had a little mishap yesterday with chocolate for dinner but nothing too damaging, it was all in the eating window which is a plus. I suppose we all deserve a treat at times. I'm noticing I have plenty of energy and that I'm getting loads of sleep, both were an issue with previous diets. Yes I know its past midnight :P But I have been asleep the past 8 hours. Not hungry at all. Will have my next meal at 10am. Breakfast will be chicken pieces, porridge and yogurt and a low cal dessert.

Loving this Intermittent Fasting :)

After getting weighed yesterday.... I have ate complete and utter crap, I was not triggered by anything like the weigh-in, I was just craving foods due to medicine making me crave junk. I am going to re-start my diet in the morning and maybe create the September thread soon. Sorry for letting anyone down, I guess 2 days wouldn't make that much of a difference *hiding*

@Petal , you didn't let anyone down! Nobody can be perfect all the time. I already prepared for my weekend imperfection by getting some prosciutto di Parma for my weekend pizza. It's going to be a small stove top one, but hey it's pizza! I'll go back to being 'perfect' (uh, yeah, right) on Monday;)
