1. How are you doing today? What's the plan for the week?
Not too great, I mean I'm kinda sick and dizzy but that's my fault for drinking too much again. :P And I need to get some food in my system soon,
Not sure about plans for this week, hopefully something fun will pop up.

2. Veganuary Month : what's your favourite meatless (or vegan!) recipe?
Not sure about recipes, one I like is corn pudding. That's not vegan but it is meatless.

3. Hot Tea Month : what tea flavour do you drink? What's the only right way to drink tea? Milk or not?
Hmm, hard to choose just one flavor. Maybe English breakfast if I want something robust. I like it with milk and honey, or I can drink it plain.

4. Soup Month : do you like cooking your own soup?
Yes, but I haven't done that in a long time. Maybe I should again soon.

5. Oatmeal Month : what is your go-to breakfast?
Eggs and bacon.

6. Bittersweet Chocolate Day : which chocolate is the best?
Dark chocolate, of course. :D

1. How are you doing today? What's the plan for the week?
Doing ok... No special plans for the week. Work!

2. Veganuary Month : what's your favourite meatless (or vegan!) recipe?
Ummm... I'm not too picky. Anything that has the meat doesn't have to have it right? Usually.

3. Hot Tea Month : what tea flavour do you drink? What's the only right way to drink tea? Milk or not
Iced tea, no milk.
Hot tea, with milk, always, and too much of it.

4. Soup Month : do you like cooking your own soup?
If by "cooking" you mean popping the top off the can then yes absolutely.

5. Oatmeal Month : what is your go-to breakfast?
Coffee and email lol

6. Bittersweet Chocolate Day : which chocolate is the best?
Dark. The darker the better. Basically black.

1. How are you doing today? What's the plan for the week?
Pretty stressed to be honest, I have 7 upcoming exams and I an falling behind. I hope I'll be able to pass them !

2. Veganuary Month : what's your favourite meatless (or vegan!) recipe?
Trid, it's not technically vegan but I could eat the meatless version everyday.

3. Hot Tea Month : what tea flavour do you drink? What's the only right way to drink tea? Milk or not?
If I had to choose my favourite would be mint tea but closely followed but rose, grenade and hibiscus white tea ! Putting milk in tea is a heresy.

4. Soup Month : do you like cooking your own soup?
I'e never made soup in my life but I should try !

5. Oatmeal Month : what is your go-to breakfast?
I love eggs, whatever their form. Some seasonal fruits would be ideal. And the drink depends on the season.

6. Bittersweet Chocolate Day : which chocolate is the best?
I love white chocolate and I'm ready to fight any kind of criticism

1. How are you doing today? What's the plan for the week?

Doing well, but just a bit lazy as always. Work four days and Wednesday I have a summons for grand jury selection.

2. Veganuary Month : what's your favourite meatless (or vegan!) recipe?

Does McDonald's count? I have seen meat and beef and that ain't meat. LOL. I say I go there once or twice a year to remind myself why I don't go more often. I don't really have any great recipes, but I have always loved vegetables especially greens like collard, mustard and turnip greens. Poke sallet is another favorite but you do have to wash the poison out of it otherwise get sick.

3. Hot Tea Month : what tea flavour do you drink? What's the only right way to drink tea? Milk or not?

Unsweetened iced tea. The state drink of Texas...well other than beer.

4. Soup Month : do you like cooking your own soup?

I do but mine is normally thicker and more of a stew than a soup. Things like a big pot of chili or gumbo.

5. Oatmeal Month : what is your go-to breakfast?

Breakfast for me is more brunch between 10:00 and noon, but I will drink a Coke or milk while taking my prescriptions.

6. Bittersweet Chocolate Day : which chocolate is the best?

All of it. :) I am not picky but dark chocolate is my favorite.

Hello, thanks for inviting me to this café

1. How are you doing today? What's the plan for the week?
Could be better. Today for whatever reason I was feeling pretty tired, dizzy and had a bunch of headache spells. I also couldn't sleep well. What's my plan for the week? Well I am trying to catch up with some lessons and assignments I have.

2. Veganuary Month : what's your favourite meatless (or vegan!) recipe?
Now as an Egyptian I am obviously biased, but I would like to share the wonders of Koshary with people. You can't also forget the tasty Falafel. Now there is oil mentioned but to be honest we use sunflower oil for the frying, and I am sure you can use your own oils.

3. Hot Tea Month : what tea flavour do you drink? What's the only right way to drink tea? Milk or not?
I can drink many teas but my favourite is green tea. As for the right way, there is non. Here in Egypt having milk tea (done with black tea) is very popular. I drink tea with milk or no milk depending on my mood.

4. Soup Month : do you like cooking your own soup?
Yes, I often make my own vegetable or spinach soup (there is also Molokhia, Orzo soup, red lentil soup and turkish chorba) , I am also a fan of Cabbage soup. Honestly one good thing about soups is that there is a lot of combos you can do with them, and you can take out or add in whatever ingredients you want. I mean, there's even Cucumber soup! Now many of these are traditionally made with ghee or chicken/beef broth, but I am sure there are Vegan or Vegetarian alternatives. For example instead of the ghee you could use oil, and maybe instead of the both you can switch it with tomato sauce for a different taste, or even buy one of these stock cubes etc...

5. Oatmeal Month : what is your go-to breakfast?
I like simple and quick things to make, so usually hard boiled eggs with whole grain toast, or oatmeal and milk, or a yogurt fruit salad (adding a little bit of honey is optional). Although I will be honest there are many times where I am not hungry so I skip breakfast altogether.

6. Bittersweet Chocolate Day : which chocolate is the best?
Dark chocolate, I actually tried to make my own before.
