OK, so let's see if I can be more consistent this month.
Last month I did something weird to my shoulder blade and it's now protruding a little! I went to the doctor, they think it's in the muscles. I've not lifted weights for 4 weeks, but my trainer asked me to come in on Friday and she's going to check out my mobility. It was a relief to hear her say she wants me to come back and she'll work with my issues. I mean, I guess that's her job, but I'm so used to messing up and people just not wanting anything to do with me. So, hopefully I'll be back at CrossFit again this month! I miss it.
Otherwise, I don't have much on my plate. More walking. I did about 60 miles last month. Shooting for 70 this month.
What is everyone else going to work on?

Good news is that I got blood test results and everything is fine. Especially pleased that my blood sugar levels are OK now but I have high cholesterol. I'm very reluctant to take statins though.
