A very healthy day again - lots of fruit, fibre, and a dinner of spicy wedges (with seasonings cayenne and chili power), turkey fried in fry lite and fajita veg mix seasoning. It's cooking as I speak :) I am going to see a movie later and instead of eating their food, im bringing pineapple, blueberries and a treat of a chocolate protein bar :)

Yay for girl power and determination :D

Pretty good Petal. I had a cooked breakfast as I'm staying in a hotel for work, but I only had bacon, mushrooms, baked beans and a poached egg. For lunch I had salad with carrot and pumpkin seed bites (they're a bit like falafels) and I've drunk about a litre of water so far. I'm not sure about dinner- it depends what the restaurant has to offer. Hopefully there will be some healthy options.

Oooh you had a great day too :) Pick whatever you feel is healthiest, lots of veg and protein, just avoid anything fried :) There should be some healthy options, hope it goes well for you.

Couldn't be bothered going to the cinema, too tired at the moment but still had my treat of a protein bar, it was yummy and only 188 calories :) 20 grams protein and low sugar.

So shall we set goals for tomorrow? @sassy123 @Mishka1204 @Woowoo @DrownedFishOnFire

I'm going to be daring and set two goals. One is that I reach 30 minutes of exercise and two is that I reach 5 fruit/veg.

@Petal 2 cups of green tea is my goal for tomorrow;)
I just had kfc and some chocolate... so my eating habits are disastrous but i am trying :) hopefuly soon i will live on water and kale :D hahaha

Really I need to eat a bit better. I am very busy and I find it extremely challenging to even think about what to eat the next day. Preparing it doesn't even cross my mind! But with @Woowoo graean tea i might reduce coffee which already is a step in the right direction. Fingers crossed!!

My goal for tomorrow is also to go for a long walk. I haven't managed to get any exercise in yet this week. I just hope things go to plan and I manage to get home from work early enough.

Did alot of walking around at work tonight. been sweating. drank alot of iced tea (fake sugar) and still havent had to pee. which means I needed the liquid.

Tomorrow I will drink a 16oz bottle of h20 when i wake up.

Hopefully I get replaced soon at work so i can zoom home
