A very healthy day again - lots of fruit, fibre, and a dinner of spicy wedges (with seasonings cayenne and chili power), turkey fried in fry lite and fajita veg mix seasoning. It's cooking as I speak
I am going to see a movie later and instead of eating their food, im bringing pineapple, blueberries and a treat of a chocolate protein bar
