Wow 4 miles, well done. The song ''I would walk 5 thousand miles'' comes to mind hahaha So delighted for you that you are doing better today, you're a fighter :)

As for my goals I have drank 1 cup of green tea, water wasn't a goal but i've drank 2 litres which im happy with and not walked lol but haven't eaten enough due to nausea. Was too nauseated for breakfast so I just had yogurt, kinda forced myself to, to kick start my metabolism for the day. Still to do the 20 minute walk but it will be done. Will post back later.

I've had a good day. Lots of exercise and healthy eating. I had:

Breakfast: almond and sesame seed bar

Lunch: cappuccino and grapes

Dinner: mushroom omelette and salad

The trouble is I'm having a few glasses of wine tonight! :)

I think you need to eat a little more to keep your metabolism high and to get all the nutrients you need. A cappucino and grapes is a bit measly lol Enjoy your wine, treats are allowed.

I had this

Skipped Breakfast as I had nausea but was able for a yogurt to kickstart my metabolism

Lunch: Chicken, peppers, tomatoes, onion, sweetcorn.

Dinner: Baked potato and beans

Supper: Chicken fillet with bacon slice, sweet potato wedges, boiled potatoes, peas, broccoli, gravy

Snacks: Banana, 2 yogurts , pineapple

Hi I forgot to post last night I went for a walk last night walked for an hour got a little lost because I am still learning the neighborhood and the walking trails it was getting dark by the time I got home I heard a noise and saw a Rabitt go in one direction as fast as I have ever seen one and then coming out of the bushes was a fox and he ran off in the other direction. Exciting adventures out there.

I would love to workout but don’t know if I will get up the energy. But I will set a goal of going for a nice long walk hugs.

I had a pretty good day today. I've drunk about a litre of water so far but will drink some more this evening. I went out walking for 40 minutes and I've eaten quite well. Here's what I had:

Breakfast- a slice of marmite on toast and a glass of apple juice

Lunch- an egg and watercress sandwich and some cherry tomatoes

Dinner- a slice of quiche with mash and roasted courgettes, peppers and cherry tomatoes

How is everyone else getting on?

Well done @Woowoo It's great to be that active. You're doing so well, I'm so proud of you.

I am suffering from nausea so have not eaten what I had planned to eat today.
The heat is getting to me but I did manage to stick to my goal and drink 2 litres of water.
Breakfast was porridge and yogurt, then another yogurt, lots of fruit, and salmon for dinner with a large portion sweet potato wedges and broccoli.

Thanks. What is your goal for today @Woowoo ? Mine is to drink enough water :)
That's mine too. I'm going out for a long walk today with my friend and we're going to take a picnic (going to try to make it a healthy one). But it's going to be a warm day so I know I need to stay hydrated but it's just not something I'm very good at remembering to do.

I hope you're feeling better today. Have a good day :)

I bought some edamame and lentil chips, and surprisingly those are really good. It should be easier for me to transition to healthier eating when I know there are so many great substitutes for things that are not as healthy.

That is very true. Just because you are on a diet it doesn't mean you have to live on turkey and broccoli.

For example, this is my favourite substitute. I love chips (fries) and curry so instead I use sweet potato wedges, bake then adding a little fry light (low calorie spray)and use low fat curry sauce with spices and peppers, and damn it tastes just as good.

If anyone knows of other alternatives it would be great if we could share them :)
