Fine, I messed up. I lost the count of days and then I skipped some times again.
Starting all over

Friday, September 7
Today is day one! Did a 30-minute cord cutting meditation instead of mindfulness, I think It helped, but I will take notes and repeat tomorrow.
Feeling energized :)

Day 2, Day 3 - Check

Just finished meditation, feeling so peaceful... so so peaceful. Close to euphoria, maybe it's because of the song I just found and meditated to

This is a dream,

So far I have thought about things, trying to know myself better, to see which of my beliefs had changed, and to see who I really am.
I pinned down a few things that were obvious to me from the start, but I had never really looked at them. So these are few of the things I have been overlooking since I started using my brain again.

* I have let the world to destroy my romantic and kind spirit. I used to be a better person. Now I'm a sarcastic monster who believes and trusts in nothing... literally. Well, I had always beed that way, deep inside, but I never let that side to overshadow me. I gave up.

*There is no happiness in life without friends. Hardcore loneliness is crippling

* I am not my skeleton, I am not my flesh and blood, I am not the body, I am not my beliefs

* I see my shadows, I see the resentment, the alienation and rage in me, but I don't judge myself. I accept myself. Things will change If I will really want them to change

*Likes and dislikes divide life

*I remembered to be grateful

*I have been thinking, maybe I'm here to do something else. Some of my dreams have failed, and that has caused much depression in the past
but maybe It's because I had been focusing on only what I want, and not anything else. I lift my head from the "destiny" I had created for my self... and I suppose there are other options, that I could be good at and would enjoy. Maybe, form the strat, I had wanted more than I need. Maybe I am not as open-minded as I thought I was.

Hi @SonjaRot I'm glad you're finding the meditation useful. I've been practicing mindfulness for a while and it's really helped me. I don't do so much mindfulness meditation anymore because I've kind of woven it into my everyday life. I especially enjoy mindful walks. They bring me so much peace.

I went to my first session this evening and it was great. So calming I almost floated home. I found it really hard to slow down my breathing so in the end I decided to not worry about the breathing and focus on the rest.

Really looking forward to the next one :)

Aghhh... I forgot to do the meditation... again. Okay, I'll start anew.
Only this time I'll try something different.
Today I started a DVD Yan Tai Chi Chuan course, Of course, a DVD won't replace a real teacher, but in my patriotic country, we don't have any martial arts teaching places at all :(
I fell in love with it when I saw a demonstration and learned tree movements today. For me, it cleared the mind. You focus completely on your body. I feel it in my tighs, damn :D so I will just include this in my workout plan so I won't miss a day since I never forget to work out.
So far I'm really excited about it :)

Get out of here!
That was my reaction when I found out that we have Tai Chi classes in this city afterall! Fuck it, as soon as I get my first pay in my new job, im signing up! I hope the excitement and desire will turn out to be genuine.

Aside from that, even though my meditation hasn't been persistent, I do feel slight changes. I feel closer to myself, I feel relaxed. Not like before, when I was running away from myself and feeling angry and cruel, but I still fight these urges. Though I am ready to strat doing something about them and that is what matters.
I have figured out what bothers me, what factors I should overcome.

09.15.
Attempt 3, day 2 - check
(meditation 10 min, and TAi Chi 20 min)
