Lots of things...like am I really improving my life, or just biding my time until I decide to be done with it all? I feel like I'll never be able to truly do the things I want to in life, to be the person I really want to be. I want to find love, but I'm too scared to put my heart on the line again...it's been broken far too many times. I want to have a family of my own, but maybe I'm too old for that. And just a lot of wondering what this even means.

I dont think I can ever forgive and live with people who do not understand the weight of losing a pet.

They are not just a pet, they are not just an animal.
They are family, a piece of our heart, an extension of ourselves.
Which is why when they die, a part of us also dies.

That time I was alone processing my grief even though I have been preparing myself for a year trying to take care of a terminally ill cat and my family from the other end of the city kept calling me, not to check on me, but because they have a problem, a problem they created themselves.

Is it any wonder I don't trust doctors when in my life I've had a tumour misdiagnosed as a cyst by no less than 3 GPs and one hospital doctor, I've had to treat my own UTI because the GP treatment was not sufficient, and now am getting the laziest possible diagnosis for a complex neuromuscular issue (put all the symptoms into the world's top diagnostic AI and it disagrees completely with GP "diagnosis"). Where do these people get their qualifications, in a Christmas cracker?

the loss of a pet can be traumatizing to some people. if a person truly loves their pet it can rip their heart out.
