The other day I learned of a new rotating milking station for Dairy cows, which improves their mood and milk production. They also form bonds with other cows and are happier or sad depending on if they are together or not.
You may be able to with practice. What helped me is forcing myself to deal with scary or fearful situations slowly, one at a time and eventually became less afraid each time. Or focus on a person or thing that reminds you of courage in that moment of fear. That said, I don't think it's possible or healthy to completely have no fear at all. I've learned some fear is good to not be overly confident.
