Musings, ideas, what are you thinking about?

I know it sounds awful, but I can't write anymore about what I've been through. It hurts too much in a way.

It feels like the better thing to do is to talk.
I know what you mean at least I think so. I have a sense for myself of needing to speak about my traumas outloud to someone who has also experienced trauma and understands. The actual details don't need to be the same, but the understanding. Physically saying things carries much more nuance, intensity, and an energy which can deflate some of the strength of the trauma. At least, I believe so.

Yes.

But I think ways of communicating are also about establishing "concepts" inside of us and outside.

If I say to everyone that I have depression, suicide ideation or other stuff, will people really understand? Will they just put us into another box?

If the people (you said it to) were those of us in Sf family then yes most of us though not all, would understnad.

It is my experience that outside of Sf most people aren't capable of communication to the level of dialogue and understanding, and most put others in a box more or less instantly when they hear words like depression, suide ideation, etc.

But, there are good people around if only one can find them.

Yes, I agree.

But I feel like I have to talk to everyone also, not just here in a way. Maybe it is stupid? But I have to confess who I am, all my pain, that no one can understand.

Sometimes I wonder if life is really as random as it seems. It's strange how certain people appear just as we're about to change, how some places feel familiar even though we've never been there, or how some dreams feel more like memories than imagination. Maybe there are connections beyond our understanding. Maybe time isn't as linear as we believe, and intuition is simply an echo of something our minds haven't learned to understand yet. I like to believe the universe leaves signs in silence—through coincidences, premonitions, and unexpected encounters. Maybe the greatest mysteries were never meant to be solved, only experienced.

last week i saw a girl with her left prosthetic leg and her gait or walk is uneven, she can’t bend her prosthetic leg and her overall left side is higher than her right side — i know it’s not my business but it really bothered me that they didn’t modify her prosthetic leg to fit her correctly. Her leg doesnt bend, she has to make a half circle motion going outward just to make a step. I feel like this is going to affect her backbone and posture in the long run.

I just want to live my life alone and in my own terms, I dont need anyone’s approval, I am no longer yearning to hear my parents say that they’re proud of me, I never heard it and it’s okay, nothing will be enough for them and that’s not my problem or my duty to fulfill, I don’t want anyone’s validation much more people who are so eager to throw their opinions about how I live my life when I never asked for their opinions nor have i ever looked up to them.

I just want to mind my own life. I dont want to be reminded of their lives and whatever it is that they have to say, they can bottle up all their feelings and choke in it.

I agree with what you have shared.....you don't need anyone's approval.
It took me so so many years to learn this is a true way to live in this body and world.
I'm glad it's something you think might be attained for yourself. I'm finally at this age trying to live in the moment and day to day and release the thoughts that come in when I try and change myself to suit another or when it feels like it matters what a stranger may be thinking.
Mentally and spiritually I know better and have for awhile. But there is still the releasing in several ways that needs to happen when my wounds show themselves.

I just want to be kind and respectful and thoughtful and not hurt anyone else deeply combined with continuing to do the growth I know I need to do for myself. which is quite enough to keep me occupied for sure.

But I still know ignoring others undesired remarks can be difficult..You just keep doing for you. *hug

I am sitting in the place of wondering whether I am going to be continuing in this relationship that has been in place for a year or so or whether either he or I will be releasing the concept of having a partnership that is still trying to find its way of being a true one. A year is not that long of a time and I am aware that it takes longer for some to know whether a committed partnership is a good way to go.
But still, I'm more than a bit of an emotional confused mess around it and anxiety is making itself known. I'm trying to pay attention and get the clarity I need....whether to be patient, whether to just wait and let him say it's time for separation, whether I need to say it, whether basically if I am reading all that IS is being perceived correctly or if my layers and old history are coloring things. Sometimes it's so hard to tell the truth and know what is best for oneself or realize one is not seeing clearly and that things aren't what they appear to be and need more processing and time. One thing I do know is that inner work never stops for most of us and it's required. I will keep putting one foot in front of the other and not judge. I'll keep trying to be as respectful and caring and loving as I can be without invading in any way the other person's choices about how they are and how they like to live and be. People are different and at this age and stage after living alone for 2 decades (both of us) it seems to be quite a challenge at times, more often than not.......
