It's like that here too. Once it cooled down (finally), I went outside, and it was bizarre how everything was a smoky yellowish haze due to the wildfires in Ontario.

I'm living in fruit fly hell now. I forgot to take out the garbage, and holy crap. It was a massive swarm when I opened the lid and couldn't tie the garbage bag fast enough. I'm not sure how these Zevo traps obtained such good ratings because they don't work.

Fruit flies are so difficult to be rid of!

I used some of these tips when I was fighting them.

Poor planning, indecisiveness, wishy-washy, inattentive, scatter brain, lack of foresight, always a hindsight, last minute changes, uncooperative.

Don’t expect people to carry out your plans and they have to iron it themselves, you handed to them a messy one and you’ll get a messy result.

You can’t expect people to give you the result you want when you keep changing your mind at every step of the process.

Thanks @Angie. I have been using the transparent window stickers, and they work wonderfully. I totally forgot about the apple cider vinegar trap mentioned in the video so I'm going to do that as well—Adios, annoying little pests.

I'm not sure how these Zevo traps obtained such good ratings because they don't work.

I've never heard of Zevo traps before. What I can say is that I've never encountered a rating or review of a product online that didn't strike me as being at least biased if not an outright advertisement disguised as a rating/review.

I'm only inclined to believe in recommendations from people that I know and trust.

I also tend to stick with recommendations from people that I know as a tried-and-true unbiased method. That being said, I bought that stupid Zevo thing from Amazon. Usually, I find their reviews to be a fair assessment as far as commercialization is concerned, but not this time.

Yeah, it's at a hazardous level here now, just very hazy in general and trying to avoid being outside as much as I can.

Went to the satellite branch of this government sector so I can renew my ID, I was done by 9am but the release of the IDs are by 5pm onwards… Good thing it is in the mall so I can just walk around, I got pissed that airpods charges separately, I only have the left one working… and now I am in the cinema and just bought a ticket for Toy Story 5.

I just baked a frozen pizza. The instructions said to place the pizza directly on the center rack.

I KNEW this was going to go wrong lol

Part of the toppings slid off the pizza and stuck to the rack.

Now I have a torn up pizza and an oven to clean!

Really not enjoying the side effects of metformin.

Also kind of annoyed mom keeps getting so much sugary foods like donuts and ice cream when she knows I am diabetic now and she isn't buying anything really healthy. (Damn my sweet tooth and damn these temptations). My sister isn't helping too much either. If I say I'm not hungry or in the mood to eat then she gets annoyed and refuses to eat something. So even though I know I don't have to, I fix something to eat too and eat even if I am not up for it or my sugar is too high. I think she just likes to eat with me and I like that too.

Also feels like another flare up is starting. Having some new pains in new areas and experiencing new shocky sensations. Back has also gotten a lot worse in the last few days suddenly and even sitting isn't helping. I have to completely lay down but I have to lay on the couch now, maybe because it is firmer 🤔

*oh I have found though with going directly on the rack you often get a nice crunchy crust compared to a oven pan. It sounds like it might have just been a bad pizza!

There was a lady at the Mexican restaurant being really picky and obnoxious about wine. Probably not the best restaurant choice if you’re going to be a wine snob. I felt bad for the workers dealing with that.

Probably not. Now if they were being picky about tequila, the restaurant might be more accommodating lol
