Lost my AMEX card and someone charged $140 at Walmart

That's awful that someone would do that. I think you can't be held responsible for the fraudulent charge as long as you report it.

My sister got so mad at me for it too. In my defense, she shouldn't have left me unattended 🤣 then of course mom had to question it. It doesn't matter if it was underneath or to the side, it still tasted great. Next time I'll try to remember to mix the meat in with it 🤭

Really getting annoyed with the morning nausea. I think it is linked to my sugar levels. I wake up and it's often elevated. The intensity is just worse this morning. 🤢

A long time ago my mom and her (now) ex had taken down the apartment smoke/fire alarms. This morning I heard one start to go off. I assumed it was from next door, as some moved out and they're working on the place currently. But when I started to come down stairs it started going off, not like it normally does if a battery is low, but like it actually detects smoke. So I hunted the alarm down and had to manually turn it off. I checked the room and didn't see anything alarming nor did I smell anything like smoke. There is a carbon monoxide alarm as well but it hasn't gone off and that one is still up. I blew off any dust thinking maybe thats why it went off and brought it downstairs with me in case it goes off again.

I bought a salad kit and the hard boiled eggs to put in there were like...slimy and smelled terrible so I didn't use them. Then the nacho kit had soggy chips and the nacho cheese was neon orange and sour. No idea what's going on with food nowadays.

I have a class tonight and I really dont wanna go, I am classmates again with some of the smartest people in the school, I’m intimidated, much more that they were my classmates in my one subject last semester, that one class I dropped.

an online friend in a group chat/thread kept posting her personality assessment made by AI, and then commenting how she finds it hilarious… it’s giving me the ick… this is like the 3rd time she’s done this. No one reacted for the third time. She posted a screen shot asking AI about her, who the hell does that like you’re some sort of celebrity that you can google.

The bar for online reading comprehension is officially on the floor. People will skim the first five words of a post, completely hallucinate the rest, and reply with the absolute most confident, incorrect take you’ve ever seen. Or they reply with some remark as if it's such a profound take but completely ignored the fact that your comment already stated the exact same thing very clearly. No one pays attention to anything any more and it shows. No one actually reads what they type before they post and that shows too.

Weird complaint, but i've been trying to switch to rennie indigestion tablets instead of the gaviscon i'd usually rely on, cos rennies are cheaper and generally easier to find in stores. They do the job fine overall, but one thing that annoys me is the racks of rennie tablets seem way more prone to get lost in the chaos of my desk than the gaviscons. They're there to stop my awful indigestion, i can't be doing with spending 2 minutes rooting around every time i need them.

Also, on a related note, i'm pretty sure i have the flu, cos i feel like hot garbage.
