Awesome, I’m so glad the cake and ice cream were good. And aw that’s so sweet of you that you wish you could send me some, but yup agreed on me being too far away lol. I got some cake mix and icing today (Betty Crocker, of course, lol) so we’ll be having a yummy cake in the next week or 2 probably (to celebrate when we finally, hopefully, won’t be sick anymore lol).

If I sent it then it would be moldy by the time it got to you. :P Reminds me of the time I bought a donut in the store and when I looked at the back, it was all moldy. Glad I saw that before I bit into it. That sounds good, there's always a reason to celebrate with cake. :P

Glad you agree about those qualities being important, and I agree that they are definitely mostly lacking in the huge majority today, it’s beyond sad for sure. They are all such simple things imo, but I do my best not to judge it. It’s a damn stressful world these days, no denying that.

I definitely understand about that, I’m really sorry that happened though, wow, that’s really lame. I mean whoever did that definitely sounds unbelievably thoughtless, just cos they didn’t want it doesn’t mean someone else wouldn’t love to have it, for one thing. It definitely doesn’t mean you aren’t good enough though, that is all on whoever the dumbo was who did such a thoughtless thing, not on you at all. It was kind of you to donate it there like that. I understand feeling like that though, I probably would too.

How I deal with people being clueless dicks are a number of different ways:

- Doing my best to focus my mind on something, anything that is positive, to help distract me from their negative/toxic energy
- One way I do the above is to write down things I feel grateful for, whether it’s my own good qualities, good things/people in my own life, or good things in the world in general.
- Writing out some of my feelings about it in my diary can help too, sometimes just venting about things helps those feelings have less power over my mood, and that always feels very empowering.
There’s other things I do too, but I’ll leave it there for now lol :p

Agreed that it usually means the person is a deeper thinker and doesn’t just ramble on about trivial, unimportant kinds of things. Already tons of people who do that as it is imo lol :p

Worry, stress and anxiety. Lol, ok, those are the “psychological” things I feel I have too much of, but ya, physical/material world things, guess I’d have to say both books and clothes. Gotta go through them again and see what else I might be able to get rid of, my room is way too cluttered with stuff these days for sure.

Lol ya, who only knows. And no, we were thankfully quite lucky about not getting much snow this past winter, definitely glad about that. There’s no snow here right now, been lotsa rain though :p I’d pick Chinese too as being one of the best foods.

On a rainy day, I enjoy reading, writing, playing games and of course eating some yummy food lol.
