I am doing okay my weight is a little down almost back to my lowest recent weight 1.6 pounds to go yay. I have decided I need to avoid doing arm exercises because my biceps are getting too big maybe just once a week for now lower body is what I need to work on but I really love my arm weights  But my right arm is really sore so it’s probably good to take a break o_O

I'm craving sugar unreal. I know if I start to eat any that I won't stop so instead having a supper of chicken and baked potato wedges. Really trying hard to fight off the sugar cravings, so far have managed and hopefully i will fall asleep soon and awake with no sugar cravings.
Phew, same. I had no idea I was so addicted to sugar 'til this morning. Maybe it's just because on the morning sugar is needed and not because of addiction, but I have no idea. My usual breakfast (not very healthy) is a glass of milk with colacao (similar to nesquik) and some cereal or sweet bread. Today I was late so I only had a cold glass of milk, and I felt like I didn't have anything. I was dizzy, with a horrible mouth taste, nauseous... So when I went back home I had to have the usual breakfast

We can do it! How are you doing with the sugar craving? Is it better now?

Anyway! I think I've lost some weight, I have no idea though because I can't check it lol. I feel my legs are better, but I think it is a mixture of daily habits. I changed cities 3 weeks ago so I made a whole change in what I eat, how much excercise I do, etc., so it is a big impact on the body. I am afraid that because I lose weight so fast I'll get it back again (I have no idea how this effect is called in english, I hope you understand me). And, lately, I can't do much excercise with the bike because I have 0 time. "Luckily" yesterday I had an intensive 30 min on the bike because I had to do some things and I didn't have time if I wasn't fast. I almost die of exhaustion

@sassy123 you are right to take a break from the arm exercises if they are sore, take a week or two and try again, so happy to hear that your weight is down a bit, congratulations.

@merlin123 don't worry about your English, I understand what you are saying - you mean, maintenance. Hard to maintain weight loss for sure but you will never know unless you try and keep at it and fighting it. I beat the sugar cravings with fruit lately and its working. Thanks for your comments and enjoy posting here, we're all here to help each other :) best wishes x

I have reached my weekly goal again today. It's getting harder now, since I only lose 500-600gr at night(because i drink alot during the day) usually i will lose about 800-1000gr. Which means I have to either eat less or exercise more intense. For the time being I will stick to eat less. Adding more exercise routine would be an overkill :D

Not today :-(

It was my cheat day to defend myself. Had taco bell for dinner. Then had Eli's cheesecake. It was free. The cheesecake so cant turn a good treat away.

No regrets for tomorrow morning. I hope!
There will be bad days, a free cheesecake ...where do i get one of those?? haha, you'll do you good tomorrow, don't regret it, ya gotta live a little.

My down fall is nuts and chocolate. Both are healthy in moderation I guess but Im incapable of being moderate with them. I woke up in night last night, grabbed bag of chocolate buttons, and went back to bed to read and eat!
Ive tried not buying chocolate buttons, and banning them from the flat. But some how they make their way back in. I get home and there they are waiting for me. Maybe I can get a restraining order? As for pistacho nuts, the desk is covered with the debris of munching away at these for last half hour.

Those chocolate buttons are crafty fellows @bobbob lol Try barricading the doors so they can't get in!!

You're right, both chocolate and nuts are OK in moderation, but I'm not sure what the secret is to not over-indulging. Willpower I guess, but I don't always have much of that. I can resist anything except temptation! Luckily at the moment the need to get into a dress at Christmas is keeping me motivated.
