Progress....... Today was the first time in nearly two years I showered myself. It's nice to think one-day soon I'll be freer and able to do more.

Having an off day today. Had ibs this morning. Since then tired. Having some neck pain and kinda like it doesn't feel attached properly. Spending the day resting hopefully will feel better tomorrow.

Today my neck feels much better, head actually feels like its attached.
Instead I have intense shooting pain down my right leg, starting at the hip goes down the side and back of my leg. Trying not to use any extra pain medication over the next fortnight or more but it's damn hard. Spasming shooting pain is getting to me a bit.
An hour until I go out to pick up my scripts from the pharmacy. I'm not going to let the pain stop me.

Went out to Mahjong tonight, didn't use my walking stick at all . The ladies at Mahjong commented on how well I'm doing. It's great when other people can see the difference.

This morning I've had my first dizzy spell since surgery. It's a bit scary because now I'm worried that means I'll start having blackouts again.
I did get up off the couch rather quickly so I having it was just because of that.
Will be really annoying if I start having blackouts again .

That is a positive. One thing about your health unless the situation is dire is take your time, everything will be here tomorrow.

i am sure that the dizzy spell caused you distress. Sounds like it could have been a blood pressure dip because of a quick move. Take it slo, stay hydrated
And keep on keeping on. 😺

Was really scary, I didn't think I'd have any again.
Not sure what to think about what my friend said.
What if my blackouts are returning? What if I'm stuck like I was before.
Feeling sad, scared and lonely.

I imagine you have already contacted your neurologist?
