I walk daily but have cut back the yoga to 3 or 4 times a week. I need it to return to daily. I don't want to lose any weight but I want a completely flat belly, not a sixpack, and learning how to work with weights/resistance for the benefits they are supposed to bring...I'm clueless on using them.

Are you planning on joining a gym or taking a class for the weights?

Dropped the extra weight I gained since getting jabbed. Kind of weird as wasnt trying but saying no more often to free cake. Weird craving for potatoes in all forms. Fried, sauteed, mashed, baked. Kinda offputting for someone who wasnt that crazy about potatoes for so long to be suddenly switched into this addiction from sugary stuff.

Drinking at least 12 oz of pure h20 a day this month is my goal. To work my way up to 65 oz daily.

Sorry I fell off of this thread. Been a real funk.

That said, I took the weekend off mostly from exercise, but I did design a quick and doable WoD (workout of the day) on Saturday, with light weights and I took a 3 mile walk. I went back to CrossFit yesterday where I'm at the very beginning stages of learning to climb a rope (and I do mean very beginning... haha). I put in 2 miles at work (!), and this morning I ran 3.

I am still trying to build my home gym, but the garage is a mess! Hoping to organize it a little this week. My giant mat came over the weekend and I'm excited to create a little space for myself.

Sounds like so many of us have great goals. It was encouraging to see that this morning.

I definitely need more water in my day to day. I don't know why I don't just do it, but it's always been such a struggle!

Understandable! On my end here it's kind of unhealthy:
I live and breathe diet coke. It's my liquid of choice. Even refuse Coffee, even last sip I take of something is diet coke with my meds. I'm not even crazy about alternative forms of liquids. Juice is normally too sickly sweet for me, cant drink milk unless it's with cookie or something but that's a rarity once in a blue moon I'll drink milk. I'm trying to like sweetened tea. Flavored water is meh blech

Not sure it's super healthy, but I will do soda water with a hint of orange juice for flavor. That way I'm not getting a ton of sugar. But I'll be honest, I don't know if soda water is much better than soda. I just tell myself it is. haha

Are you referring to carbonated waters, flavored or plain? And without sugars? And if it's just a hint of the oj then that sound like at least less than 10G of sugar.........If so they are much healthier than any soda....regular or diet :)

Just regular soda water... Seltzer. I do think it doesn't have sugar, or at least too much. I guess it's that there's sodium and I am not sure how healthy any carbonated beverage is. That's laziness on my part, because I love soda water and I don't want to know if it's not good for me! But I do think on the whole, it's a better alternative to Coke or Pepsi, etc.

As long as your daily sodium intake doesn't go over the recommended amounts for you, you can take it in any way you like;) It's my understanding from what I've researched for myself cuz I drink it everyday, unless you have an ulcer or some such then the carbonation presence itself isn't supposed to damage the body. The brands I drink don't have sodium in them......seltzers and sparking waters:)
