Made Monday and most of Tuesday smoke free but after a series of events on Tuesday, put my hands on my head and wanted to scream so I drove to the store for 2 packs of smokes. Its harder this time than last time I must say.

keep trying sometimes smokers falter many times before they are non smokers

Well I started to read Carr's book. It has given me some food for thought that is for sure. So now considering a quit date but haven't set one yet. As want to read through the book first. Sending good positive thoughts to everyone

I finished off the end of the pack I was on over the course of a week & that ended last sunday putting me on day 7 today. So - still shoveling along little by little. I had a mini melt down last night & if I'd had any more "oomph" I'd have gone to buy a pack. I held up and honestly it passed quicker than I imagined.
