I suck at this Mike but one day I'll succeed, I went the whole month of December without cigs, went back on them one day when I wasn't in the best mood, i'll try again and won't stop trying, I bought a new e-cig 2 days ago so after this pack of cigs im going to try again.

i know you will make it someday, you just have to keep trying. i'm proud of you for continuing to make that effort...mike...

Thanks Dodge. I was queuing to get into the supermarket earlier and the man in front was smoking. The smell of it made me feel sick rather than crave one so hopefully that's a good sign 🤞

I'm sure I would have sent my 5 months of self-control to hell if it wasn't because I have to stay at home. The only good thing is that I can drink a lot more, so it helps me to calm me down.

Yeah, I smoked like a chimney. I tried to smoke way less than normal when I went to visit the monkey. I still smoked a lot. My cat doesn't like it so much because she has much less opportunity to escape. I felt bad for her yesterday and actually let her out lol.

Best wishes on the goal for those quitting and trying to quit. A habit I never could get into even though most of my life those around me were mainly smokers. I guess the hacking and coughing when I tried was a deterrent.
