@seabird I hope I'm not being overboard with sharing about this recipe information....you sound comfortable and well versed with baking but I went to the Pook's Pantry site to review the instructions and in the detail there she also calls it "the Best cherry crumb cake" and wrote out "add eggs one at a time, incorporating well after each", standard instruction for eggs but just wanted to clarify for you anyway. I'm making it tomorrow, I'll let you know how it comes out for me. Be well.
