3 Stooges two-reelers, in an effort to lift my mood..

I've never actually watched any 3 stooges, I've always meant to check it out but there's quite a lot of them.

The actor who shot him by accident was never able to watch it and kept having nightmares because of it, the footage of the shooting was destroyed after it was viewed by the police, and isn't actually in the film.

Yeah it must have affected him terribly. According to wikipedia he died of stomach cancer in 2016.

They are usually my "go to" distraction when I am feeling really low...My dad was a huge fan and introduced me to them .. They are definitely a "guy" thing lol, though I am sure there are female fans out there..

They were brilliant, the masters of slapstick..

Being from Scotland I hadn't had much of an opportunity to watch them on TV, but I had heard of them, they had a few line up changes over the years didn't they.

The Shining is a classic Have you ever noticed that throughout the movie, every now and then it sounds like a voice whispers 'shone'? It's creepy.

Wow, never noticed that! Do you remember what scenes you can hear it in? Next time I watch it I'll see if I can catch it with headphones.

My favorite is that pantry where Nicholson get's locked in with all that cool food. If that was me and I had my phone, I'd tell the ghosts, "Hey, no rush to get me out, I'm good!"

I read up on The Crow, the weapons expert went home early and the gun was prepared by someone else.

A terrible accident? It's hard for me to watch the movie, he was just 28 when he died

What's always puzzled me about that Crow incident is, what the hell was live ammo doing anywhere near the set? And, why even use a real gun in the first place? Doesn't make any sense to me at all.

Still, watching the news, and also watching BBC World news also. Being a American, looking at America with its current affairs: just makes me numb and baffled how we gotten this way. Are we not better than this?

I watched that last year on netflix, it was a lot of fun, very inventive in a genre where most tricks have already been used.
