What Are Your Self Care Goals?

Astrid78

Spoonful of sugar will help the medicine go down
I've been going to work as scheduled
Meditating daily
Added affirmations and stretching in mornings
I am eating better specifically drinking water
Still suck at brushing my teeth and washing my face at night
Had to start eating better again
Am showering every morning and brushing my teeth two to three times daily. Even at night.
I have a planner with a habit tracker so I'm going to use that as well.

I am we - working hard at getting it together.🦋🐻
Any ideas about how to possibly accomplish this? I hope you can get more.😴
Well, I'm going to visit my family doctor & ask for something to help me sleep. I've suffered from insomnia & disrupted sleep my entire life. The next step is to put myself on a regular sleep schedule. It's all over the place right now. That's where I'll start. I hope this helps a little.

I hope so too. That would be wonderful if you could get your body to respond to you creating the time for sleep. It's a new situation for me the last 3 or so years but it's medically related, not fixable, so I finally found a primary doctor who would assist with medication. I hope you first starting on a sleep schedule does the job for you.

Hi I am new here, a bit shy.

Amongst other things I suffer with morbid depression and chronic fatique.

Bath preferences late evening, night or early morning.
Keep active mentally, academically do a study plan.
I do an depression and anxiety art therapy course in a journal to work through my issues. Write, sketched and collarged. For the next 100 days.
Drink plenty of water.
But I struggle on a day to day basis, today's, not too bad aday tho.
