I am reading Wuthering Heights by Emily Brontë. The film did prompt this (I was going to read Jane Eyre instead), but I'm not sure I want to watch it considering the reviews. ^^

Also, in my bag I keep Project Hail Mary by Andy Weir. My husband liked it and the adaptation comes out next month, so I'd like to read it before as well. :)

Sounds like something I should read. Lately this has been showing up with my severe anxiety.
-----------

I just started a book called: "When a Family Member Has OCD: Mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioral Skills to Help Families Affected by Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder" by Jon Hershfield, MFT. Advised by my therapist to use this to learn more about OCD and what to do about it. Although it's for me as opposed to a family member, she said it's also good for individuals. Her own daughter is diagnosed as OCD which gives me a reason to trust her opinion on this matter. The plan is that we are going to shift modes in therapy from SE for relational skills that are lost in a traumatic upbringing to ERP (Exposure-Response Prevention) for OCD. My understanding is ERP is based on or within CBT, and is also the "gold standard" for OCD treatment within an evidence-based care model.

Same here. I'm going to re-read the book too, or listen to the audiobook.

I've just finished The Wild Year by Jen Bensen,
Dopamine Nation by Anne Lembke MD,
and Jog On, How Running Saved My Life, by Bella Mackie (is 1/4 about running 3/4 mental health)

Just starting Running Free, A Runner's Journey Back to Nature, by Richard Askwith (running just for the sake of it, abstaining from crowds and expensive events/races)
