I feel like I'm reading a book about children playing adults. :D I mean, it's interesting, but I'm not sure I'd want to read it again in the future. ^^
Yes...That's a pithy way to describe them (H. & K.) . Maybe, in light of the state of the world at present I don't want to read it again as it'd just add to the stress. 😛

A Journal sort of book about anxiety, mental health and running by Bella Mackie, anoher called Running Free, A runner's journey back to nature by Richard Askwith, and have a couple more on order at the library, Hope in the Dark and one other both by Rebecca Solnit.
