What have you accomplished today?

Today I made a good deal of progress on college assignments.
Had a nice shower.
And made a hot lunch, the first in over a week!

Worked up þe nerve to bring up uncomfortable topics, two w/ Dad & one w/ a coworker.

I bottle þings in for decades. Þis is should-have-it-from-þe-start boldness for me

After a prolonged battle with pain this year I got the email address for patient relations and reported my year and misdiagnosis of needing a hip replacement. I actually told them I am considering taking my care elsewhere because of it and my doctor retiring.
so I stood up for myself. Onto a new chapter in my healthcare.

Good indeed. Power to you; Wishing you gain and turnaround no matter how they react

lol I don't have to like it, but I did complete a bunch of forms that needed finishing. I did some core work and ate breakfast.
