After a prolonged battle with pain this year I got the email address for patient relations and reported my year and misdiagnosis of needing a hip replacement. I actually told them I am considering taking my care elsewhere because of it and my doctor retiring.
so I stood up for myself. Onto a new chapter in my healthcare.
Quite a lot for one day. Managed to sleep through the night with no bladder interruptions and have a clear test 5th day running (beating the previous record by one day - promising but not yet conclusive). I did my stretches followed by 70 minutes or so of housework. Usual trash, recycling and clean of counter tops. Quick hoover of the kitchen mats and living room. Cleaned the oven convector hood. Started work on sorting the bedroom drawers (the floor or random box tops has for some time taken the place of the drawers for easy access to clothing lol). And hoovered what I could see of the bedroom floor, including under the yoga mat. Then I ate breakfast and managed to finish the last 2 bananas before fruit flies start using them as incubation tanks.... And all by 1pm!
I managed to do more than I thought I'd do: got a walk/jog done, had breakfast, had a talk with someone about difficult stuff, talked to a realtor on the pnone* and made dinner and ate it.
