Dude I'm incredibly boring sober. Especially when you know me enough that I don't mask. When I'm masking I can be a fun social person because it's what people want. But when I'm me I have no idea how to be fun unless I'm not in complete control lol

Well, I appreciate that you'd put up with me being boring my bpd makes me think everyone finds me boring but triggers me into shutting down and becoming MORE boring making it worse. Instead of focusing on the good things people say about me, why do I think about the bad, or the people that don't care about me, and let it affect me so much? I let that shape how I feel about myself other than good things.

I thought I could be good despite my BPD...but I know I am just as toxic as others have proven me to be. It's hard when you realize you have no redeeming qualities, but at least now I know it's better I'd I leave everyone alone.
