Emergency Box

I'd keep mine empty to remind myself that I'm free, and everything that I cling to in life is just temporary and not to worry or be sad.

even though I'm not in the mood to hear this... I think that this is a really good idea. The only thing I would need is a picture of my daughter smiling. That would do the trick.

When I get myself some time... I actually going to get me an emergency box.

So here you are...

...The lock of my Nans hair I've kept.
...A single photograph. Me holding my Nans hand when I was about 6. I don't remember it happening, but I have the picture
...One cigarette. So I don't over do it.
...Vodka. Because you can't drink and not smoke.
...My diary, so I can write.
...My sketch pad, so I can draw.
...My duvet cover. Just to keep warm.
...Chocolate. Or something sweet any way.

And if I could...

...A desert island, so I can get away from everything.
...and two special people. Becca and Jo. Just because.

this is actually a good idea.
if i had somewhere i could hide a box with supplies, i would diffinatly do it.

i would keep;;;
+ a picture of my sister with her eight-of-hearts (long story)
+ a picture of all of my camping crew
+ a picture of my grandma, to remind me of the mistake ill make if i commit suicide
+ the picture of Jason that shows that he loves me
+ ADTR CD
+ my journal/diary type thing
+ my iPod, if its not already blaring in my ears D)

this is such a great idea! i'm gonna put one together. it will feel good to do that, and make me feel safer if and when i have a crisis. i'd probably keep some pictures of my friends, a note my art teacher wrote to me, a favorite book, and a couple of gifts from others.

And also all the comedian DVD's i have including The Office that make me LOL. Including Team America! =D

And the pic of me and my lil sister together. My friends say its wrong of me to live for someone else, but my sister is my life. I love her and would die for her. When im down i think of her and it makes me smile.

The drawings Alessia sent me
Notes of what Marissa/Alessia has said to me that make me feel wonderful and non-suicidal
The sweetest things I've said to Marissa/Alessia that surprised myself and want me to keep fighting so I can be with her.
Favorite CD's
A list of all the people who love me and who I love so I would remember all the people I'd be devastating.

hmm, this is a really good idea.
i could see it helping alot of people, sad thing is i have nothing to put in such a thing.. i dont have anything that really stops me.. other than fear :unsure:

- my sketch book
- my fave pencil
- my inking pens
- my note book (for writting in)
- some old drawings

then it goes under my desk and locks as a footstool

it doesnt.. rly cheer me up tho. Sometimes it makes me worse cos i cant really draw and i get down about it
