Wow that is fast @AvidFan. I will not say how slow I am! More zombie than zoomie lol
Lol! I think it's all the stress releasing. Should probably rein it in a bit with my dodgy frame.... It was Ok last time so hope it doesn't flare anything up! You keep up your running and don't worry about pace, there's always someone faster and someone slower, unless you're Mo Farah or something πŸ˜‚

Damn, these last 6 kilograms are tough :D I want to get below 80 kg ~ or so.

Still pleased with results as I'm at my lowest weight now since I started this new exercise & health journey in June this year.

Losing the most weight right now by food adjustments I'd say: Have had a 400~ calorie pre-made meal salad for dinner couple times the past week and this week.
That goes fast of course! :) And the "barebell protein bars" I dig too. Still not reaching my protein goal though. *halo

Yesterday: Small workout, warm up and then abs, chest & shoulders and biceps.

Did my strength and PT routines today. My first day for these being my morning workout and a run scheduled for the afternoon/evening. The physical therapist sad lol it's fine to run on tired legs, just make sure you're going slower than usual. lol I won't comment on that since I have an agreement to not be talking negatively about myself.

Well done @seabird.

Didn't go to running group today because of the insane storm that's currently battering everything around me. Just been out for my 10000 steps in the middle of it, back home now trying to drown out the noise of the howling wind!

First run in a week. Hip was fine going at faster pace, did a progression run - 12 minute miles, 11 minute, 10 minute - nearly went over in last mile tripping over something buried under leaves, that did produce a twinge with the whiplash but at least I didn't eat the pavement. 5k.

Pavement is not a holiday confection @AvidFan - glad you maintained stability.

I did NOT feel like going outside, but managed to get the right clothes and shoes on and myself out the door for a 4.5 mile run. Most of the time the pace was 12 m/mi., I made sure to go easy as it got dark pretty quick. I'm just starting out on a long process of training for a goal.

@AvidFan did you do your 5 mile walk, and a 5k run? πŸ’«Well done.
I should not have teased*shockabout your almost taking a fall on the path; sometime I fail to edit properly and I'm sorry about that.

I thought it was funny! πŸ€— No unfortunately, it was a mix of the 5k run and walking to make up the 5 miles. πŸ€—

Well it's Friday, so another week almost done. I did a couple of little 2 mile runs this week and just now I managed 4.25 miles. For some reason it felt really hard the whole time, my breath never got steady and my heart rate was way higher than usual. The previous few runs had felt extra easy. 🧐

I wonder, I suppose feeling anxious and kind of grumpy can make running harder. Also it could be poor air quality; the rush hour traffic was already happening.

I've been getting some little runs in; so far so good. : ) πŸπŸƒβ€β™€οΈβ€βž‘οΈπŸŽ„ It's nice to see Christmas decorations start to appear around the neighborhoods.
Lol, there are some crazy ones near me. Like the entire house covered in lights and the garden full of inflatable snowmen and reindeer... I will try to get some pics next time, maybe make a thread about Christmas crazy πŸ€ͺ πŸ˜€
