Walked half an hour home from the train station Wednesday. Woke up with a calf niggle on Monday that got worse on Tuesday, is now better but a bit weird, as I felt nothing during my run on Sunday, it was mild on Monday, pretty bad Tuesday and is now very mild and only present when I stand up, and goes away with movement. My walk didn't make it any worse, don't feel it walking, so is likely DOMS from the hilly long run, bit weird it's only in one calf, and actually on my good leg (other one has had a couple of bad calf strains, this one never has). I've had a lot worse but now in two minds whether to go on my group Christmas fancy dress run tomorrow π
