Brisk walk got the blood flowing, got some daylight in my eyes, light cardio, improved my mood. Remember to take a brisk walk every day if u don't already jog/cycle/swim/row/sportsball/etc

I actually work out quite a bit. It's the one thing I still really enjoy. I had to skip today though because I feel like I'm catching a cold, but I usually run 3 x a week and do weights 4 x a week. It really does help!

Couldn't sleep at 3am so I decided to get up and force myself to do 50 push-ups. Divided it into sets on the fly, had to do some of them on my knees and some with very shady form but I think it was a good thing to do.

OMG I so need to be in this club! Recently resolved to work out 6 days per week (3 days full workout and 3 days short workout). Need to do this for health and weight loss. I need to get some 10 lb weights because my 5 lb ones aren't heavy enough. Also I do elliptical, situps, modified pushups, leg lifts and several free weight exercises.

i've honestly never done any type of push-up aside from the standard kind, it could be cool to try some different kinds
Diamond push-ups are close to our goal of one-handed ones. Doing it in a wide stance makes them even more similar. They are very tough to do if you're used to regular push-ups. Once we can do around 25 diamond push-ups without a problem we might be close to using less and less of one arm by incrementally placing it to the side, placing more pressure on the other arm. Eventually we won't need the extra support and that's a one-handed push-up.
