Xenforo forums over the past few months have been seeing spam posts from existing user accounts. Bots hitting forums using lists of emails/passwords leaked elsewhere. We strongly recommend that all users change their password ASAP.
A lot of people with BPD have a lot of anxiety about leaving relationships, even if they are abusive. Do you feel like that's a factor keeping you in the same home with your dad, or is it exclusively a practical issue?
