I want the pain to stop. It hurts so much.

I want the memories to stop. I don't want to keep remembering the insults said at me and being scared as a little girl. I don't want to remember being threatened and being scared she might kill me.

I don't want to remember being in the park and getting touch.

I wish I could erase it all with the wave of a wand hun.

Have you started seeing a therapist that helps you work on these things, and have you looked into identifying your triggers and what you can do to avoid it?

    It gets better hun.

Do you have any medication that helps with these things?

I am on a wait list for counselling. No, I don't really know my triggers that well yet.
I just started seeing a psychiatrist, so hopefully he will be able to help.
I am on Lexapro for anxiety and Trazodone for sleep.

Could you try to keep a diary of what you did in a day that could be triggering... sometimes it's the smallest things... and then add whether or not you had an 'episode' like this?

I might try doing something like that.

You know I am always here for you. I hope your psychiatrist is able to help you, it will take some time but you will get there as they say...you get worse before you get better and that's what I suspect here, good luck!
