On my second week now, very proud that I got through my first week as well as I did. Not going near the scales yet though. Going to have a meal out today and going to try make it as healthy as possible, that might be difficult but I'll try my best. I am going to stay on this diet plan for 3 more weeks then go on the scales then decide if its working for me. Well done guys you are all doing great

Going to do a few little bits of shopping in awhile as its tough to keep on buying little bits and then more little bits, i'll get there
