Women have to do their makeup, shave their legs, their hair has to be perfect etc. or men will discard them. I keep my haair buzzed short, I am bald, I spend about 1/4 of the time on appearance than a woman does. Good personal hygiene, keeping clean, good haircut, trimmed nails, will boost your confidence. A long hot shower with 4 different kinds of soap for the various areas of your body, a good shave, a fresh haircut and you feel like a new man.
