Thank I you. I don’t have money for therapy. I tried free so called help. Got people 18-39. Wanting to hook up. Not therapeutic. It reignited my trauma. I reported them and it is still in business. Shameful

The 7 cups of tea website does have completely free crisis support by volunteers, 24 /7

Completely free therapy by an accredited professional is almost impossible to find online - most places just offer a few sessions free and then low-cost afterwards. Your best bet for free therapy is local organizations, or to contact a university where they offer a master's program in counselling psychology, and they have free therapy with grad students. But of course it would be time limited.

Yeah that sucks. 7 cups is legit though. But I'm sure there are a lot of scammers out there.

It was 7 cups that I was either ghosted or hit up on. One or two sincere peer helpers but they disappeared

Wow that's awful. I've only had good experiences there, but I guess they got a few bad volunteers.

Try listening to some music and focusing on your breathing. Concentrate as each breath goes in and out. That may help to shut out all that static and so allow yourself to drift off to sleep.
